By extending this small and dark one bed flat we were able to add a second bedroom and by re-thinking the layout we transformed the property into a light-filled, cohesive home with a strong indoor-outdoor connection.

We were brought on board early to help shape the layout and design direction, working alongside the architect and builder to maximise space, flow & light. We developed a cohesive interior scheme across the kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, bathroom, and courtyard garden—focusing on finishes that would appeal to buyers while staying within the developer’s budget. We produced detailed specifications, sourced all fixtures and fittings, and provided ongoing design support throughout the build to ensure consistency and market-ready results. The standout feature, a bespoke oriel window, was designed to enhance both the interior experience and buyer appeal.
Emily proposes innovative ideas, pulls together beautiful & timeless design schemes and produces professional CAD drawings for us on a regular basis. She has a positive can-do attitude, and develops good relationships with both the office team and the construction teams.
