INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN
Our comprehensive design package covers everything from 'concept' to 'installation'. Our tailored service can include anything from assistance & advice on planning applications & party wall agreements; 2D scale technical CAD drawings; 3D modelling; kitchen & bathroom design; instructing & overseeing builders & trades, to sourcing & specifying wallpapers, paints, fabrics, furniture, artworks & antiques.

PROJECT COORDINATION
As a trained professional Emily brings a high level of creativity & expertise to the often daunting process of renovating a property, keeping a close eye on schedule, budget & workmanship. Emily can oversee any project from initial brief through to installation on your behalf. Emily is used to working closely with builders & architects etc, ensuring the smooth running of your project, leaving you free to get on with your daily life.
DESIGN CONSULTATION & STAND ALONE SERVICES
Our professional design consultation & advisory service is offered on an ad hoc basis & can be tailored to your needs - it can cover anything from reviewing architects plans, how best to work with your budget, individual drawings and concept boards, to general advice on how to get started.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Our design process starts with focusing on getting the brief right, so we invest a lot of time in getting to know you & understanding your personal requirements. After some initial brainstorming of ideas, we then develop & refine our designs, often in liaison with specialist partners & suppliers including architects, structural surveyors, fabricators & artisans, amongst others. We will then present these design ideas to you using a variety of means including; hand-drawn sketches; 2D & 3D technical scale drawings; carefully curated concept imagery, supported by physical samples of hard finishes & fabrics.
Having agreed the designs we can then oversee the implementation of your project (either working with your own contractor, or we can assist you in finding one), to help you to achieve the home of your dreams. As part of this process we would agree a schedule of works with the contractor & any specialist trades; arrange regular site visits and essentially be your eyes & ears on site, providing you with regular updates; order any goods; coordinate deliveries & any returns if required. We can even offer a ‘turn-key’ service to those who want to be able to move in with just their suitcase, knowing that all the little details have been thought of.
Emily has an amazing eye for style and colour and provided exactly what I needed to ensure the end product became something extra special. I will definitely be calling on her expertise again for any further projects needed in the house.
