ABOUT EMILY RENNIE
We aim to exceed our clients expectations & deliver the design of their dreams - by carefully listening & asking the right questions at the beginning of the process, we are able to help our clients to discover their story, which we then translate into tangible & considered schemes that are not 'too designed' and feel like they have developed naturally over time.
“Our surroundings can have a huge impact on the way that we feel & our wellbeing, so it follows that our design choices for our homes can dramatically alter the way we experience them. Therefore creating harmony & flow within our client’s homes, is at the very core of what we do as design professionals”
APPROACH
We place the happiness and well-being of our clients at the centre of our design process, we take the time to listen to their aspirations and lifestyle requirements, so that our schemes truly reflect the way they want to live & feel in a space.
We believe that communication is fundamental in establishing trust with a client & that the key to the success of a project is through listening & transparency, Emily will keep you updated at every step of the process, so you can relax knowing that your project is safe in her hands.
Responsible purchasing is an important aspect of our business - by resisting trends and focusing on sustainability & craftsmanship we will help you curate a timeless & classic space that will last the testament of time & will be an investment in your future.
BACKGROUND & CREDENTIALS
Having studied History of Art & Architecture at Manchester University, Emily has always had a keen interest in art & design. Starting off her career working at Bonhams & Christies auction houses, she then moved into the world of real estate & property, where she spent more than 10 years working as a relocation agent & later specialising in property management. She is therefore able to advise not only on the aesthetics of your project, but also on the practical aspects of your design choices beyond the completion of the work. Emily's experience has given her a valuable insight into the property market (both sales & rentals) & she is able to draw on this to create interiors that are commercially as well as aesthetically pleasing. After studying at KLC's internationally renowned interior design school, Emily was able to develop her passion for design & interior architecture into an end-to-end service for her clients, establishing Emily Rennie Ltd in 2017.
